Pay Rate: £15.00 – £17.50 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: 42.5 hours per week (Full-time, Monday to Friday)

Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join a busy fabrication and engineering environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for high-quality welding, fabrication, and assembly work across a range of materials, working to precise engineering specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminium, and other metals
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and engineering specifications
- Ensuring all welds meet required quality standards and tolerances
- Inspecting finished work for accuracy and compliance
- Maintaining tools, equipment, and a clean, safe working environment
- Working effectively as part of a production/fabrication team
Candidate Requirements
- Proven TIG welding experience (stainless steel/aluminium preferred)
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship standards
- Good understanding of health & safety in a workshop environment
- NVQ or equivalent qualification in welding (desirable but not essential)
Salary Structure
- Under 3 years TIG welding experience: £15.00 – £16.25 per hour
- 3+ years TIG welding experience: £16.50 – £17.50 per hour
