What we're looking for:
- Previous experience within high-end kitchens
- Strong classical cooking foundation with refined presentation skills
- Passion for seasonal Scottish produce
- Calm and organised during service
- Excellent attention to detail and consistency
- A genuine desire to be part of a close-knit, ambitious brigade
- Full driving licence preferred due to rural location
